Description

The Snubber Pendant from Mantus Marine attaches the snubber line to the chain, or line rode.
Constructed from ultra strong UHMWPE fiber (Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber). Size for size this material is as strong as steel.
While you can use chainhooks to attach your snubber to your chain, many sailors prefer tying a rolling hitch directly onto the chain rode. Your new snubber pendant can be attached to a line rode by tying a 3 pass prusik knot.
